How do I contact PRIME?
If you or someone you know is experiencing basic symptoms or would like more information on basic symptoms, psychosis or the PRIME Clinic please contact us at 1-877-PRIME19 or 843-7746.
Calls are answered by one of our team members, who will listen to your concerns, ask questions about your history and any other symptoms you may be experiencing, to help determine if you may be eligible to participate in the PRIME clinic or to help identify other appropriate resources or treatment options if needed.
Where is the PRIME Research Clinic located?
We are located in the UNC Med School Building-Wing C which is behind Neurosciences Hospital, building 5 on Map of UNC Hospitals.

Where to park: Map of Dogwood Parking Deck at UNC Hospitals
Directions to PRIME Research Clinic:
- Walk accross street or skybrige to Neurosciences Hospital main entrance (Ground FL).
- Walk through lobby, past elevators, and at the end of the hallway go through doors at the back of the building to go outside.
- Walk straight accross loading area to entrance of red brick Med School building
- Take stairs immediately on left up to 2nd Floor.
- Turn left out of stairwell and then take immediate left hallway.
- Go to Psychiatry Outpatient Check-in office (sign is overhead).
